I came to Regional Realty from one of the local "Big Box Brands". Working for the Big Brands gets you just that -- The Big Brand! But along with that Brand came the ever increasing International Fees, as well as additional Agent AND Client fees, whenever the Brokers decided to change their way of doing business. It seemed to me that the business of buying and selling real estate was more about the Brokers' bottom line and less about the Client, let alone the success of each Agent. I stay with Regional Realty for a number of reasons... On-going support from the Broker; a better compensation plan; and, the freedom to work with clients for "their" bottom line. The market is different than it was just a few years ago, and Regional Realty isn't the same old "cookie cutter" brokerage with the same old stale solutions. Without question, Regional Realty is focused on providing solutions more in line with today's market. I like that we have a broad range of services to offer sellers; that we have agents who are focused on clients' needs over their own compensation, and, that we don't just "do the deal" so we have the numbers. |

It was really an easy decision for me... At Regional Realty, I run MY business MY way. I worked for a time at a large corporate-style Brokerage where I was told that my REO business did not fit their corporate model and that I was not allowed to be a "junk dealer"!! If I choose to, I can work from home and be with my family more. I work hard, and at Regional Realty I get to keep more of what I earn! At Regional Realty, my opinion is asked for and it is valued. I'm treated as part of a team, not as competition, consequently, I get real help when I need it. Terry's support is terrific! No matter what I need, I know where to call, even if it isn't real estate related! |

I came to Regional Realty from a large retail brokerage. I entered Real Estate after many years of running my own business in another industry. To me, a real estate brokerage should be an entity inside of which I can develope and grow my own business. The brokerage should be able to help me along the way to grow that real estate business in whatever direction I would like. The brokerage should not place restrictions and requirements on me that hamper my achievement of these goals. The large brokerage I came from wanted cookie cutter agents, and I found quickly I was not one. I was pursuing a line of business that was outside the norm for the typical retail agent in the retail brokerage, and at every turn I found road blocks that made my job harder. At Regional Realty I am able to pursue my goals with all the help I need but with none of the legacy overhead of the cookie cutter based retail brokerage. I have not yet reached my goals but I am on my way. |

I came to Regional Realty after years of being in our family-owned and operated business. Terry and the entire Regional Realty team welcomed me with open arms. The Broker support I've received has been phenominal. I'm doing everything that I did within the family business, and, am being offered new and exciting opportunities to grow MY business. It's fun and exciting to be a part of an organization that is rapidly expanding (especially in a "down" market); that recognizes "business as usual" is NOT the model of future success; and, that is willing to accept new challenges and adapt to rapid changes in the marketplace. It's safe to say, "I've found my new home"! |
